Dan and Becky Young serve with BEAMM, Border Evangelism and Mercy Ministries, living and working in El Paso, TX, on the Mexico/U.S. border opposite Ciudad Juárez, Mexico. They have been with the team since 1990, working with PCA summer work teams and ministering in churches in Juarez and El Paso.

The Youngs started Gracia y Paz mission in 1997 in Mexico. They began an English camp for Mexican children, with help from PCA church teams. From 2001 to 2004, Dan taught at the San Pablo Seminary that BEAMM started in Juarez and ministered at Oasis PCA Mission, a Spanish-speaking congregation in El Paso. Dan currently teaches and trains in San Pablo Seminary in Juarez, in church plants that the team has started, and in the Presbytery of the Southwest.

The Youngs’ prayer is for a church-planting movement to grow on both sides of the border. Dan will help train and mentor pastors and leaders of that movement, and Becky will support in discipleship and counseling.
