At the heart of our ministry is a belief that we are all women in need of change helping other women in need of change. We are both needy and needed. The goal of our ministry is discipleship: a renewed mind (learning to think like Jesus), a transformed life (learning to live like Jesus), and strong family bonds in our forever family, the church (learning to love like Jesus).
In order to love like Jesus, building each other up in the faith, we need to know each other and know God’s Word. Our gatherings throughout the year create space for relationships to flourish, equip women to read and understand the Bible, and highlight stories of how God is working in the women of the church to make them more like Jesus.
We meet weekly during the school year for Women’s Bible Study. Our next 2018 study will be 11 weeks on the Psalms beginning Tuesday, Jan 9 from 9-11am and Wednesday evening 6:30-8pm.
The Tuesday morning group meets at the church and the Wednesday group meets at the O'Donnell home. All women are invited and visitors are most welcome!
Cost: $10, childcare provided; please RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org (for those with children, note their names and ages). Contact the church office for the address!
Quarterly we meet at a woman's home from the church for a cooking demonstration (and tasting!) followed by panel discussion by Westminster women on important topics related to Christian growth. We'll gather from 7:00 - 9:00 pm. Our next gathering is at the Stoll home on Thursday, February 15 with a cooking demonstration and panel talk focused on the topic of Redeeming the Time. Mark your calendars and bring a friend! Contact the church office for the address!
