At the heart of our ministry is a belief that we are all women in need of change helping other women in need of change. We are both needy and needed. The goal of our ministry is discipleship: a renewed mind (learning to think like Jesus), a transformed life (learning to live like Jesus), and strong family bonds in our forever family, the church (learning to love like Jesus).
In order to love like Jesus, building each other up in the faith, we need to know each other and know God’s Word. Our gatherings throughout the year create space for relationships to flourish, equip women to read and understand the Bible, and highlight stories of how God is working in the women of the church to make them more like Jesus.
WEEKLY
Our Women's Bible Study is currently studying the passage of scripture that will be preached the following Sunday using the same 5 in-depth questions each week. This Study begins April 3 and concludes with a Celebration Brunch on May 15. The Tuesday morning study meets at church from 9-10:30am and includes childcare; the Wednesday evening study meets at the O'Donnell home from 6:30-8pm. The Study includes small group discussion and prayer. All women are welcome! Contact the Church Office for more information; or email women@wpchurch.com.
